But when it came to crafting copy for their website, they recognized the crucial job they would need to do in order to connect with customers. As a B2C brand, their site copy would need to speak in clear terms, while also educating and entertaining their audience, and being bold and memorable enough to stand apart from the rest of the competition in the minds of every visitor.
My goal was to make it clear this was no ordinary company. Their website would be their storefront, their main salesperson, and their customer service rep all rolled into one. We needed to put their brand message and vision up front, in bold and certain terms.
